Why employee referrals aren’t just about employees

Yes, you need employees for great referrals, but it doesn’t end there! In order to maintain a successful referral program over the long term, there are a few critical tasks that you need to take care of on an ongoing basis.

Check out our list of what you need to do in order to maintain a successful employee referral program:

1. Daily: Follow up. Review your referral applicants daily (they are the highest quality candidates after all). It’s important to make referral applicants a priority, so reviewing them should be high on your to do list.

2. Weekly: Share new jobs. Share new jobs on a regular basis, so your employees are constantly updated on new referral opportunities. Zao allows you to automatically share new jobs with relevant departments and locations using customized campaigns.
